Customize COMMENTS section appearance on my Wordpress site

Hello I need the comments section of my Wordpress site to be customized. Currently they look horrible according to my theme. However, I want to keep my theme and everything else about it, just not the appearance of the comments section. I need someone who can work with my theme and customize the comments section to look like and be structure like the comments on [login to view URL] [login to view URL] that is an example screenshot of what I want. Please take note: highlighted author comments embedded/indented reponses (including multiple insets) gravatar images/integration I would however like the color theme to be a little bit different, to match my site [login to view URL] I will require you to implement these changes 2x. First on a test blog of mine which uses the same theme, and then finally on my actual site. I will require you to do full backups and restoration of my site incase anything goes wrong.
