c# - PDA analyze code - research functions - make small app

**Summary ** Write a detailed description of code and produce small test application for PDA. **Detail** This is part of a larger PDA application which connects to network ( gprs or internet ) via connection manager etc. Some of the parameters used in code are read in from a configuration file, in another part of code. The connection runs as a Thread etc The attached functions form part of this connection. Im looking for an in-depth explanation of the code in particular, parts mentioned below. Also how the events are handled by threads etc. The code works fine for O2 network, but not for Orange 3G network in UK. Research why this might be case etc and how the code can be changed etc A few pages will be enough.
