PHP Newsletter email

We are looking for a PHP / MySQL base newsletter solution that will allow us to build /sort lists from our existing contacts DB and to schedule and send emails from templates. We would like to use innovastudios editor as its waht we are using in other areas of our site. **List Activities** 1. Edit ??" view and delete contacts on the list. Names listed will be links to the Contact’s Profile 2. Add ??" a manual process of selection from Contacts List and de duplicates 3. Update ??" uses same search criteria and updates list and deduplicates 4. Merged ??" allow to select two lists to merge (I see this as two combo boxes that have duplicate list and you select two and submit they are merged and de-duplicated. 5. Delete ??" deletes the list 6. Exported ??" this could be at the bottom of each list 7. Reports **Reports** 1. Campaign Stats ??" Sent, Bounced, Opt-out, Open, Clicks, Forwards 2. Bounce Categories- Non-existing address, Undeliverable, Mailbox full, Vacation/Auto Reply, other, blocked 3. Click Through Stats ??" Links (url), unique click-throughs (number) There will need to be a Permanent Black List - Opt-out list is used as a filter to prevent any emails from being sent to addresses that can be manually added to this just need be a list of email address. There will be a need to keep opt-in information This system MUST work with AOL and Hotmail and not send mail to the spam box. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
