css and PHP page layouts

Hi. I need an experienced CSS and PHP coder to make tweaks to my website page layouts. All the elements to the page are there (so their is no dynamic code required). And my site coder has had a good go at producing the pages close to the designs. I just need a coder with a good, detailed eye to turn my paper designs into a nice looking site. I will be able to provide any graphics you required to complete the designs. So it is very much just getting the layouts right. This project is to complete 5 page layouts. Then I will have another 15-25 other pages that need the same doing, so there is another project available if the chosen coder does a good job. The current site is written using PHP but also using the Zend framework templating system. Only coders with experience of the Zend framework or another templating system need apply. I have attached a couple of the sample paper designs so you get an idea on the type of design I am talking about. I will obviously give the chosen coder more details about the site and the designs etc. The chosen coder would also need to have some subversion software (eg. tortoise) as the site is still be worked on so there was no clash of files when updating. A coder that can start straight away would be preferred. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
