We are looking to develop a product for resale and use on our internal projects. We are looking to develop an online directory system to operate a 'yellow pages' type site/s. We currently use directory software that has some of the features we would like to use in our software. Key features are - fully content managed. the ability to add multiple categories at a time. Online payment facility ( paypal) Banner ad management. Hits and clicks reporting. All of the formatting should be controlled by .css and the resulting display code must validate to w3c guidelines. NO slicing of images / design. The ability to change meta tags and descriptions per page through admin. MUST have Search Engine friendly URL's through the use of Mod rewrite if necessary. Layout a 'horseshoe' layout is required. with a standard header. users must be able to upload / change their logo upon installation. Creation of 'boxes' to display on the right or left of the site. Important feature. Export to HTML - This is to be function that when invoked creates a flat HTML only version of the entire site and puts it into a zip file for download. ** NOTE: we wish to distribute this software as a 'product' as well as use it for our own purposes. So we need a complete installation process incorporated into the site. So that the software can be distributed via places such as hotscripts etc. For an example of what we are currently using see.. [[login to view URL]][1] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
