Chat and Online Video Streaming Developer Needed

This project will serve as a proof of concept, and if I can make these basic functions work ill spec out the entire project a very large complex development. I have been on RAC a long time, I prefer working with those who have already worked on similar projects and id rather deal with a expensive expert then someone who is cheap and no expert. This is an exciting project and looking for one talent developer to work with. ## Deliverables Seeking those with serious experience in video streaming, I an including a very detailed 2 pages, this is just the foundation of a project but if I cant make this part happen then I cannot do the larger project, regardless I want a expert to attempt to make this happen Have experience with web browser chat video streaming / cam etc I am eager to get this done asap, please be motivated and dedicated and able to update me and show progress daily
