Convert HTML Form into Flash

My own auto-responder will generate some coding to be put into the HTML Contact-us form on the webpage. I purchased a Flash template for the website. You will convert the HTML Contact Form into code for the Flash. I will email a copy of the [login to view URL] for your localhost so you have access to all files. You will write a small report telling me what I need to know about your coding, to be able to put your coding into the flash template. Any flash coder can understand your instructions in your report. ## Deliverables I am hiring another persons who knows flash programming. He will use your code and your little report to him, when he puts your code into the final flash file before making the swf. Please be sure you have enough information for any good flash programmer to read to be able to use your code. It may be necessary that I provide your email to him in case he has questions. You agree to promptly reply, IF, he needs to contact you.
