Create website using already existing template

A designer began work on this project but could not finish. ? Most of the design work for the template is finished, I just need a coder to put it all together for me. ? Three zip files are included in this project which include all of the work which the previous designer already created. ? I would like the person who accepts this project to pick up where my original designer left off and begin building my new website. ? This is for my business, [login to view URL] Designer/coder is to take what has already been produced and complete this website as it was originally intended. ? I don't have very much filling material, so part of this project will be to design your own graphics when needed. ? I can take pictures of the computers as needed, but that is the extent of the content which I can provide for the site. ? Job is finished when I am entirely satisfied with the work.
