Cross Domain - Cross Browser SWF Cookie With PHP

G'Day Coders, I'm not completely sure if this project can be done, so it will be a challenge to the coder that accepts this mission. This project requires somebody with experience in both SWF and PHP. What I require is a cookie that will work on all domains and all browsers with just one placement. I require the SWF file to be placed on the users computer without their knowledge just like a normal cookie. Within this SWF file is information that is dynamically filled by a user filling out a form. I'm not sure if the SWF file can actually be filled with this information or shared object tags (that part is too technical for me). I will also require the PHP code to place this SWF cookie, detect whether it is present or absent and read from it to show the results on a php page or be used elsewhere. All I need is a simple example, such as some personalization code. Set up a simple, name and email form in a [login to view URL] page, make it put that data in the swf cookie and then make it take that data and place it onto a different [login to view URL] page. Then test it using different browsers (since cookies are browser unique) and put the [login to view URL] on a different domain (since cookies are domain unique as well). The personalisation has to work with only filling out the form one time. I also require code instructions within the php so it can be easily edited about what the different parts do and also in regard to the SWF cookie and info placement and shared tags etc, how to change that for different applications.
