Database driven online assessment quiz

Online Asessment Quiz Images(jpg's) are displayed with a question. The user must tick one of the multiple choice answers. It moves to the next image and question then. If we have 5 image questions to be answered on, after the user answers the last question, only then are the results displayed to the user. (-example 5/5 or 1/5) If the user answers all five questions they can progress to the next section of 5 questions. If they did not get 5/5, they are returned to start of quiz. Users must log in to take this test, and users that pass the test, their names are recorded, so that the administrator can check to see who has passed the test. What I want is a FlashMX front-end interface, which will use PHP to communicate with the MySQL database. Not too bothered about the design of page, just want the image to be displayed on the top left of the page and the question underneath it. They have the 4 multiple choice answers displayed on the bottom of page. The results are to be stored in the database. Example images and questions can be used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
