cool flash design needed FAST!

This is a cool easy project for someone who really knows what they are doing.. We are in need FAST of a flash program with the following capabilities Description of console: 600 x 800 flash and html screen that only serves at 1:55 pm 3:55pm, 5;55 pm, and 7:55pm (other times it will serve a page that says something like "welcome to the teleseminar area, we are holding these for your benefit at 2, 4, 6, and 8pm, tonight, please check back then. (It will simulate a real world seminar for callers calling at pre determined times) the screen will have a large empty area and a collection of 8 unique "avatars" (varying ethnicities, male and female) that need the ability to raise their hands, smile, shake their heads yes, no, "clap", and "wave good bye". The avatars in the main window will "arrive" within the first 7 minutes of the call untill there are roughly 120 of them lined up in the area (so they need to be small) the screen will have a smaller empty area to the right of the "main area" to be populated by one of 4 main "avatars" (the "speakers") who need the ability to "speak", shake their head yes, no, and turn front, and left and right side views. their eyebrows need to be able to raise and lower, and they need the ability to blink. The bottom of the screen needs a "controll area" with a "logout", "buy", "agree" "raise hand" and "give testimonial" button also an "items sold counter", a people on call counter" and a "here is what people on the call are saying" scrolling text bar ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Macromedia Flash
