create a youtube Aggregator site

i need someone to create 2 sites that display the videos from 2 individual users on youtube as a embed video 1) it should show the highest video count on the main page. there will be a dropdown to sort by month/views 2) auto create a new topic on PHPBB forum whenever a new video is uploaded 3) create the last 180days worth of past videos as forum topics full details will be given to winner i will not bother to choose you if you reply with some generic PM. describe to me how you will do it. especially the phpbb. i dont want to screw up the phpbb database. take note that the phpbb is phpbb-seo. the site design must be nice. like web2.0. clean and big box. it must have a black background. i prefer the site to be done with php.
