Project Description: I am looking for a serious and experienced team (App/Web programmer & designer) that will develop: 1. A tourist guide IOS/Android App for mobile phones and tablets. (Either use native development (Java / Objective C) or PhoneGap framework) 2. A Web portal from where the content of the app will be maintained by the administrators. (PHP / HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript based) 3. REST Web Services (PHP based) from where the App content will synchronized with the database. 4. A MySQL database that will hold all the app content that will be maintained by the administrators through the portal and synchronized with the App. 5. The mobile App and the Portal look n feel (Template design) 6. Setup the Web server that will host the portal, the database and the Web Services. (Full access to server will be given) 7. Brief description of the functionality is attached. The project rollout: - Exact technical specifications will be given once the project is assigned. - The app content (ie articles, article photos) will be uploaded by us once the portal is ready. - The developers must be very analytical, able to ask me the right questions for a proper development – rather than developing it as you see fit. - Must have easy/accessible/constant communication. - Commenting must be made for all coding. It should be well organized and easy for another programmer to understand (very important); - There should be around 3 milestones in each phase. - All the code, files etc will be submitted to an Subversion server after each milestone. Phase 1 – Planning Setup Web Server, initiate project setup, create database and design the mobile App / Administrator portal template. This initial phase is particularly important as I hope it will build trust with competence in work ability, communication and etc. Phase 2 – The Administrator Web Portal - Focusing on the administrator Web Portal and the REST Web Service implementations. Phase 3 – The Mobile App - Building the Mobile App (integrating it with the Web Services) Phase 4 – SIT and UAT Testing - Ensure the product is ready for launch and publish in App Store

Dear there I think we will need about 2 months for fully solution developed. I have a great team with mobile/web experience, and will fulfill any requirement you need... We have just worked on an online ordering system for customer in Chicago, so everything experience I got from previous project will be reused here... Also, I strongly recommend we use native app, since GPS (location) is needed and I see tourist should be take picture, it will be the best with native rather than phone gap.
