Build a Website

I have created a sample template in Paint with notes for the home page (attached). I already have a domain with GoDaddy that this website will need to transfer to. The template should be easy enough that I can make changes or add information if needed down the road. I have supplied a variety of images that I hope will inspire the main image for the page. Please have a few options to choose from. The business is similar to a salon or spa. People will need to be able to see a list of services, schedule an appointment, pay online, and receive email notifications and alerts for purchases and appointments. (Please let me know if I need to use a different service for this.) There should also be a members area or password protected page. The website should be mobile compatible.
