Build a Website

Need a website where a user can reguster using social media accounts and update their personal details along with identity documents to be uploaded. This info needs to be visible as a profile similar to normal social media sites. Once the user has registered he has to be able to create another profile for a employee along with their details documents and photos. These details will be visible to other logged in users who can search and tag various employees as working for them for a pertucular period and add comments revies n raitings. I would like this done in a cms I prefer wp but am open to suggetions. I need this done asap so least time bidders with most relavent experience will get the job. This is for a non profit NGO so the budget is low but we can promote u on the site with a link back and satisfactory and timely results will ensure more projects with higher budgets.
