Car Dealership Marketing Tool

In need of a car dealership marketing site. Nothing too fancy but nothing dual either. This is my first attempt at a freelancer so I'm hoping the services are good! Functional Requirements: - Ability to add vechile with its attributes. e.g. make, model, stock number, kilometers, cc rating, year, colour, sold/unsold flag, photos, etc... - Display car photos in gallery format when user views the full profile of the car - Advanced search functionality for front end users (visitors) ability to filter model, make, year, cc rating, kilometers range, etc... - Ability for users to Ask a Question or make an offer with their details. - Ability for administrators to export all of their cars in their database with their attributes into EXCEL or CSV format. - Design (feel free to use your creativity) and implement a template for the relavent CMS.
