Change my HTML/CSS website to wordpress

Hello, I have templates of wordpress. However previously, I had used just HTML to make it. Now I would like to move it into wordpress for better content management. The URL of all the pages for internal pages MUST STAY THE SAME. This website is an affiliate marketing website, so the URL for those hyperlink out of the webpages must stay the same too. Also I would like a few graphics of me (I.e create a cartoon character for me) I do not wish to use my real photo anymore like I used in the past. Further detail will be given.
