Concrete 5 php Credit TopUp Application development

We are looking for a highly skilled Concrete 5 developer to develop this project fast and right. Deadline is 5 days from selection date. It is possible to be done with C5 in time. The project is about creating a web based application where users will be able to register and buy credits for a credit based application, for topping up sms credits. The application should be written in PHP with Concrete5 framework and MySQL db. Wireframes are attached. Graphic Design should be basic and follow the wireframes style, should have a header and footer. (no need for fancy themes) The code should be properly idented and written with sufficient comments. The code should be secure and not prone to attacks such as SQL injections. The user will register on the site and declare an amount in Euros/USD to buy credits.
