Convert a print advertisement to web

Hi I have a fully finished print advert which I want to host on the web, so this is NOT a job for a copywriter, because the copy is finished! What is needed is for the copy and pictures to be transferred to a single long-copy sales page on the web at a URL that I will give you. I can supply sales page html templates and additional pictures as necessary. I will also supply paypal order buttons code- one for a single-pay and one for a 3-pay option. This should be child's play for the right person and should take just a few hours - hours and skills I don't have! Job to be completed by 13 April. It's a simple job for anyone who knows HTML and web. It's just 1 page development.
