compatibility

I already have a website up and running - however it is only designed to work properly on smaller screens (like Mac) and only works well in chrome. All i want is 1) for the website to work properly on all internet browsers, (internet explorer, google chrome etc) - images aren't loading up properly at the moment. 2) for the website to fit ALL types of screens, not just mac screens because when i open it in another computer (bigger screens etc), it does not work as well. 3) For it to be functional/browsable in smart phone. I need this done by today. (I hope it is simple enough? Everything is already built) If this can be delivered by today and also be of satisfactory standard, I will double the budget price as well as add you to a hiring list. You must have Skype and be able to communicate well in English, and will only receive the pay after the project is done. Thx, Andrew
