Adaptation of an existing Wordpress template

Hi my potential business partners, I am considering to buy a wordpress theme but as it is now wouldn't match my needs hence I need a developers to adapt that theme to match my needs. All the adaptations will need to be working properly, smoothly, and be reflected not just on UI but also stored in the DB and information must easily be retrieved at anytime. Here is the original template that i am planning to buy (one of the 2) and below are my requirements: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] 1. I need this template to nicely include all the *social sharing buttons*, plugins for videos, photos, etc. These social buttons must be directly embedded on each picture/post appearing on the homepage so that when user mouse over the picture also the social functionalities appear allowing them to smoothly sharing the picture on their social network. 2. New users (author) who register on the website for the freemium model, must receive a warning message of account expiration date after 30 days and the message should include a link to a subscription page (payment system must be included in the adaptation - user should be able to pay the subscription). 3. Posts must open in full *in a popup window* (similar to the lightbox effect) all the time that a user click on a post on the main page. 4. A dedicated search page must be included. In this page i need the below point 5. 5. I need multiple filters to be set at the same time (not just category or tag). Ideally i want to be able to pick up multiple categories or tags at the same time (e.g. of filters i want to set: show me all posts tagged "italy" AND "pirlo"; or another example could be show me all posts in the category (("business" OR "economic") AND tag (("smartphone" AND "samsung") OR ("android"))). Will also need to add other customizable fields to be matched with the info that author will include in his/her post. (e.g. price, location, type, etc...) 6. Post template will require additional fields (stored in the DB and matching the search fields on point 4) 7. Single sign on through facebook, google, yahoo, linkedin, twitter, weibo, kaixin, renren, etc... rather than just register a new email address when posting or commenting. 8. On top of the "heart" to like a post, i want a like and dislike (up and down) buttons (with optional show of the counting and views). 9. If not included yet, i want a plugin to recommend other posts that users may like (to be possibly embedded at the bottom page of the post that they click on). 10. Theme is already otpimized for different devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops, pcs, etc...), and any changes made must keep this feature. 11. Automatic infinite scroll down like pinterest is already a feature, and any changes made must keep this feature. 12. Category must be a coloured sticker (different color for different category) on top of the post. (e.g. to right corner), so that it is very easy to identify the category just by looking at the color. 13. The homepage will be used as a “featured posts” so no all the posts will appear there but only the ones approved by myself. So if i have 10 authors posting on my blog, all of the posts will be available in the blog (searchable through the search page), BUT i would like to have the power of deciding which ones get featured and appear on the home page (in the grid). 14. There must be a filter to order the posts by different criteria across all the pages (including the homepage) - e.g. most recent, most liked, most shared, most commented, most viewed, etc. 15. In case of Lookbook theme, I need to hide some functionality (e.g. the cart icon on top right as i probably wouldn’t need that functionality at this stage).
