CS-Cart v3 add-on convert to v4

Have a very simple task of converting a shipping add-on that was made for CS-Cart v3 to work on CS-Cart v4. Minor code change and reorganizing folders is all that is needed, we will guide you wtih the add-on. Our budget for this task is TWENTY (20). ATTENTION: Working knowledge of CS-Cart is absolutely NECESSARY, please DO NOT BID unless you know what you are doing with CS-Cart. This may turn into long term work.
