Commercialize online course on Moodle

I have developed a culture immersion program course for expatriates moving to Mexico (SCORM) I need help to get it up and running in Moodle in order to offer it commercially through a website. Customers can be either individuals or Companies interested in providing training to their expats. Course reporting should be accessible to both the students (individually) and the Company assigned admin so he/she can keep track of their employees progress. Reporting requirements are quite simple: progress and quiz results (the course has 2). Creating separate groups of participants for different companies is important (e.g. create a new group for Coca-Cola where different students will participate at different moments in time. The assigned admin is able to access reports at any time of any individual of this particular group). Customers should be able to contract the course via a website (here's the work in progress sample: [login to view URL]) through a credit card, paypal or bank deposit. They should get a sales ticket after their transaction has been successfully secured. Different packages will be provided: Individual Company sponsored per event (a Company pays for the course in order to provide it to one or several employees) Company sponsored permanent ( a Company pays a monthly or annual fee to gain permanent access to the program regardless of the number of participants) Evidently, it is very important that the course cannot be copied or downloaded by its users.
