I require a freelancer who will build me a simple content management website and database to record, store and manipulate the data on a fictional building company (not real company). The system will have about 20 requirements. The freelancer will require good working knowledge of Google Maps, CSS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, JavaScript and other tools of their choice. The system will be for different types of users, i.e. builders, admins, customers etc. who can all access the system for different purposes. The 2 major requirements are: 1. To add/edit/delete data 2. A chat (instant messaging) system Further details can be discussed e.g data, list of requirements and website design.
