Conversion from Blogger to Wordpress theme

I need the complete conversion of a blogger to wordpress theme Some changes I need, I need the header has a split to the left side to the right site and the right to place a widget. Must be compatible with older browsers when accessing that does not change the position of widgets. nor the location of the post.
