Convert psd to joomla

Hi freelancers! I am searching for somebody to convert a psd design to joomla template. Joomla 2.5 Please include joomla help on your bid. The awarded freelancer must provide cms and everything else is needed for the developing. Also must provide a text with how she/he convert it.
