Create a Drupal Template

Create a Drupal LMS website mockup. I have already started the site but need someone to finish it. Does not need to sell actual products, it's just a mockup for a project. It needs to look nice with a responsive them. Needs to have a front page with 4 other pages that are styled the same, but have different types of products to download, like demo videos, with different fake prices. Needs to have ubercart, a catalog of the fake products with filter options based on prices and types of products. Need a setting so the fake products can only be downloaded 1 time. Needs to have a monthly newsletter in the form of an HTML5 email that goes out to members of the site. Needs to have two types of members, premium and regular, with different costs for membership. Different roles for different members, pages need to look slightly different based on premium member vs standard member. Needs a wish list. Feeds Importing and exporting products and people using .csv and excel. Needs to be done by Thursday Morning the 19th. Most of the modules and stuff have been downloaded and the site is up and running right now, I just need someone to go in with my login and fix things/make them work properly.
