Hello, My understanding: I have to create form in PHP (NOT in WORDPRESS), form will have 90-110 fields most of them will be YES/NO radio buttons and some fields will be mandatory. Once form will be submitted it will be stored in database and it can be recalled and converted into PDF format for printing purpose. Printing will be done from desktop. Form should be responsive so can be viewable from tablets. Answer of your question: ================== If tablets or other users will lose connection they can retain form data only if they have not cleared their history. Additional options: ============= If tablets or desktop users will close window then also we can get data (if they have not cleared their history) but this will cost you extra. This can only be done in core php (not in wordpress) as far your question (If the user loses connection, how can they retain form data on tablet?) this is not possible to retain data if user loses connection.
