Create a Wordpress Template

We have a wordpress multisite Network Set up, we need someone to customize the user interface to create webpages on the network similar to (WP ADMIN UI CUSTOMIZE) .Only Bid if you have experience working with multisite network customization. We have further more projects coming all related to the multisite so need some one experienced . NOTE : THIS IS TO CUSTOMIZE FOR ALL MULTISITE USERS NOT FOR A SINGLE SITE ONLY , SO IN FUTURE ALL NEW USERS WILL HAVE CUSTOMIZED DASHBOARD . More details will be given with the snap shots.
