Custom vBulletin 4.2.x RPG Modification

I'm looking to have a module-based role playing game modification created for vBulletin 4.x software. This modification would start with a base/foundation module, which can then optionally be built upon by various other modules. The base module of this modification consists of: - Basic Player vs Player-style gameplay. - One store to purchase editable weaponry, armor, abilities, etc. - Character/player may choose a "pre-packaged", non-editable race. (Elves, Humans, etc) - Character/player stats will be basic and non-editable. Other modules will be discussed closer to the completion of the base module. Those modules will include other features, such as: clans, battle arena, the ability to edit/add anything initially non-editable, etc. Requirements/Expectations: - All milestones/payments will go through Freelancer; no outside payments. - - There will be a total of three (3) milestones. - I retain ownership rights to the product at hand. - All bidders should be relatively familiar with vBulletin, modification creation, PHP, and/or HTML. - Any questions/concerns for me will be answered within a reasonable time. This work could open up more possible work for the awarded freelancer, too. Thanks!
