Create a site in wordpress based from: [login to view URL] The site must work in mobile and have mobile menu etc... 100% of the text must be wordpress generated. Will require you to configure the wordpress install (MS IIS) with 3 sites for English, Spanish, and French. They will then have to be linked together using something like [login to view URL] You will have to use Google translate to do the initial translation in Spanish and French to prove that it is all working.
