Want to made some changes to an PHP script

Hello, I have an PHP script for Mass Posting to all Facebook Groups at once. It sends batch request to all groups selected and post message to them all. I want to do is make some changes in it, Like, We can select the 15-15 different groups to post so Facebook won't ban as in 1st set of 15 groups, Then second and all. Or something like, When i select all groups and click post, It sends the posting to Facebook in 15-15 sets. Also, I want to add Schedule Posting and the ability to show Facebook captcha when ask if possible. Please propose fees as low as possible. Thank You !
