A color chart and a revision to my php file

I have 3 objectives. 1.) I need to add an additional color and more quantity rows on my plugin for inputing price. An example can be seen here. [login to view URL] Under pricing chart. They are two charts so the changes need to affect both. 2.) I need this page's color chart [login to view URL] to look like this page [login to view URL] Everything from the "Nearly 90 Standard Colors To Choose From, Including Neons, Foils & Metallics" to the bottom of foil colors. It also needs to have the navigation at the top of the chart that takes you to a specific part of the page. 3.) I need the order process piece from this page [login to view URL] Note, it's dynamic in that it animates to some degree on hover and changes the text paragraph on hover.
