A yahoo auction auto bidding shopping system, and order system based on URL link. To: freelancer 1. Must provide us with solid deadline with detail working plan. 2. With 6 months free support for system after finished the project. 3. After 6 months, employer may be will consider a maintenance contract with developer, be employer will pay around $20 in monthly for maintenance and function update. 4. May have some little function changes after you accept the project. 5. Accept to use some existing open source cms system to develop the system. (Drupal , ecshop, Joomla… etc) 6. No additional payment 8. Developer need to accept a small function changes (around 10%) with budget employer accepted. 9. Experiences in CURL for develop the auction and cURL system. 10. Priority with have similar develop experiences for this project, please make sure you have experience to make this before. Base specification.  Support mobile view.  Code by PHP, MySQL , JavaScript or other.  Multi language page support.  Login system with admin panel and user panel.  Deposit system for shopping.  VIP and normal member user.  Email and SMS notification. (SMS API will provide by employer)  The website will develop like this  [login to view URL] (a japan shopping service in china, using [login to view URL] API or something like it)  [login to view URL] (a japan shopping service in china, read some shopping site of japan url and translate it to Chinese and orderable)  Can on or off the main function from admin panel.  User and admin can check order history and detail from system. please check the attachment for the detail.
