Code Template with CMS(repost)

Create a gaming clan site with provided .PSD files. I will provide winner with PSD files to work with. You can take a look at the design here: [login to view URL] Code the template up to function correctly. This is a gaming site so the appearance and design must look clean and appealing. The main sections for this site are as follows: 1. Homepage with News linked to vbulletin forum news posting. Reply (comments) linked to correct vbulletin post. 2. Team page - list current clan team members with their photo and has additional information under the picture: name, birth place, age, files (zip format), and videos (this is linked to the video section with what the user uploaded). When the member logs into the site, he can upload his picture, files, videos, and edit his info. Team members are the only ones being displayed here. All the other members can see this and have the same options to edit, but won't be displayed here in this "Team" page. 3. Video section - this section allows members to view, comment, rate, and share, upload their videos and files (zip files). 4. Articles/Review section - this is an Article CMS that Team members and select members can post, and edit articles. The articles should reside in the middle of the template. All post should be posted on the vbulletin forums as well and comments will follow on forums with a link of how many comments there are on the bottom. 5. Forums section just links to forums. 6. Store section - lets admin add products with pictures, description, price, review links, etc. Admin panel should be able to admin all the sections. See [login to view URL] to get an idea of how the site should look and feel. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform mysql, php, IE 6+, firefox
