Android Application

I am looking forward for developers who can work on my projects. So here is a test app before i have someone to join our team. Here is the detailed structure of app : 1) First screen shows icon to Login (Takes to login page with two input fields username, password , forgot password link and submit) , Register ( takes to registration page which has input fields as Name, username, password, email) , Skip Login (sends directly to second option) 2) Second Screen will show the global on/off trigger for the application. If it is triggered to on, all contacts are displayed and on right of each contact there will be a checkbox. If checkbox is selected another option will be displayed which has two options Ring and Vibrate. If one of the selected contact calls and it is set to Ring then phone will ring, if it is set to vibrate then it will just vibrate otherwise it will be silent. 3) There will be an automatic data sending for registered users using json_encode in a database datewise. (Data will be total calls recieved, how many were silent, how many were vibrate and how many ringed) . 4) Fourth Screen which will be linked in the footer each page, terms of use (just the text) and Contact us( which sends data to an email id). I will provide you with the design. I want this app to be completed in 4-5 days. I am going for a small budget for this because this app is no use for us, we will just publish it but it will test all your skills to work on our big projects.
