Auto mass downloader with captcha solving and proxy support

Hello, I need a tool to download my own files with my affiliate links from the 50 biggest filehosters, I need the functions: - multi threading - captcher detection and decaptcher sites integration and solving via api - After download delet the files automaticly - proxy support and inbuilt ip changer The script/ software should be able to download at least 100 files a minute incl. the solving and ip changing ( one ip only one time per hoster) you can use an existing script or software and set it up on a vps for me or use a selfmade. You should be able to make it for less then $300 !
