Batch Video Watermark and Upload

Hi, I need to be able to work on a different batch of maybe 20 videos as often as I want. Maybe once a day, maybe 5 times a day. (Though probably once a day). They will all be in .flv format, probably. Then I need to type out the text for the watermark (it could be a previously-made text image), which might be different for each batch. The watermark must go at the bottom of the screen and stay there for the whole video. At the beginning of the video I need to add a still image, and at the end of the video I need to add a still-image to stay there for 2 seconds - followed by a second still-image to stay there for 5 - 10 seconds. I think the still images should be added to the beginning and the end of the video (extending the video duration). I want to be able to specify the watermark image (and select its position), add the 3 still images and the duration for these still images. Will your program be able to insert the watermark (text or image) and the extra still images into .flv format videos especially,(and maybe other formats?), or will it have to be restricted to one type of video format (I prefer .flv)? I want to type text (which could be one - or multi-lined) with a font dialog and type area, when or after typing the preview will be displayed). I want to choose what watermark to add - text or image. The opacity of watermark should also be alterable. I want to be able to use the program whenever I want and watermark as many videos as I want. (Though probably limited to 10 or 20 at any one time) I need an easy-to-use interface to operate this program. One extra question: There are hundreds of video sites online. Would it be possible for you to add to this program the facility for me to upload each batch of videos simultaneously, en masse, altogether?
