Completing a 85%-developed real estate and ecom portal.

we have an interesting web portal that has been semi developed and integrated with the payment portal but requires minor changes to the appearence and some basic functionality needs developing, integrating and testing. the outcome of this project must be a complete site thats is fully fixed, tested and ready to go-live. the site is built completely using PHP & MYSQL. this probably involves a weeks work for a php programmer or may be less, please let us know if you will be interested, I'll forward an NDA which when signed will help us forward you complete details of the site with all required access passwords. we are looking for some coder to just get on and compelte it right away, we will be able to help you with logics. Contenet Management System needs some changes, an experience in CMS based website development would be very helpful. we would like to see your previous examples in web development of ecommerce sites, admin interfaces, shopping basket, shipping processess etc. - main items required are formating the site layout and making it widescreen friendly by fixing size of the windows. - disabling pop-up functionality in some forms and making it appear in the main screen - contenet management system needs changes and additions in funtionality. - admin interafaces has some non functioning links that needs checking and fixing. - re-designing the property listing and property display forms. - some functions needs minor changes. - 85 - 90% of the site is complete including admin panel and payments gateway integration. - a general reformat of the layout. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
