Conversion of Point of sale apps from C++/Access

The job is to convert an existing point of sales application (client application written in C++ with BorlandC TVision & dedicated DBaseIV database library) to a system independent solution. F.i. Java or PHP with MySQL database. Important is that the application does not require mouse handling during normal Point of Sales operation. The Backend application is developed in MS Access 97 and has features like reports for daily/weekly/monthly sales, stock control and supplier order generation. The Backend application should also be converted to a system independent solution. The new database format should be MySQL. It should be possible to connect the application to an OSCommerce system for product stock level. Delivery of the applications as sources. I'm the owner of the current applications and can provide sources on request for reference. A usermanual is available for reference. I have no interest in ready made Point of Sales applications.
