Digital photo album library

Basically, this is an online community (I will not specify the industry and strategic details). The evaluation should de a rough one (eventually a minimum and a maximum). I need the following modules: The web interface (eventually made in PHP with MySql) : - user account : password & username - collection of photo albums (they are not actually photo albums, but they will have this format). - Search function after title and subtitles (for each album) - Order albums by title / author – make collections - Make notes for each picture – and maybe an emphasizing tool - Transfer to other users the albums - Search for albums from other users and /or other users - forums where the users interact Payment System Eventually some information about the e-payment systems : credit /debit card, something equivalent to Pay Pall AND via Mobile Phones (SMS-s). Transaction manager Some of the users should receive emails when transactions with their published albums are made. Moreover there has to be an interface and a table (in a database) with the last 1000 transactions made with their albums. And of course these 3 modules are to be integrated in a single application. Basically a user has an account with some “albums” of “photos”. Other users can search in the albums for titles and subtitles and can see these titles and subtitles from the other users. Users also can buy from the other users’ items from theirs albums. The payment system will make these transactions and the transaction manager will make sure that some of the users will have access to the transactions made with their items. And that’s it! I would appreciate costs divided by module.
