AJAX programmer to create site design like yahoo

Hi, I'm looking for a programmer who can create a page template similar to [login to view URL] ... The three functions I need are: 1. How you can instantly change page templates without the page reloading (the "Page Options" button on Yahoo) 2. The main box on the main page how you can click the different tabs and it displays different information 3. And something similar to the box on the right where it has "Mail, Messenger, Radio, Weather" etc. #1 and #2 will look very similar to how Yahoo is setup and #3 will be like that but look different (we can discuss when you make a bid)... This project is on a budget, but if you can create pages in AJAX then I have a ton of projects for you to work on and I look forward to working with you soon :-) Talk soon, Sam ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
