Add to phpmysql admin cms user validation feature

Add to phpmysql admin cms user validation feature On chat site with all custom php/mysql code. In Admin CMS that lists users, Need a field that shows if the users has validated their account. If a new user goes to post a comment and they have not validated their account, and they try to post, they go to a dead page. Need this fixed. The [login to view URL] page is missing that need to telling users that they have not validated their account yet and need to check their email. Also, need to add a feature in the admin CMS that allows the admin to validate an account manually. Must be finished in 3 days. Must see daily progress. No milestones added till it appears that half the work is complete and the project is still on time. If half the work is done, but the project is running past the due date agreed upon, no milestone added till project is complete. Must work the same in IE6+, Firefox, Chrome
