Auto contact form submitter

Hi all, I'm looking for someone who can develop or sell me a contact form submitter. Here are the full details. - the bot should support keyword based searches and gather the urls (I would like to target specific groups of people, such us singers, dj's, musicians, songwriters etc. Random google searches won't work, because it's more likely to find urls related to the topic instead of actual singers, dj's, bands and musicians. However searching for urls in directories might render better results. (Your input on this is highly appreciated, so please suggest a better approach to find the actual target market) - Crawl the URLs for their contact page - Submit the required fields and captcha if required - report if successful or failed - keep a blacklist of urls it already sent a message to and urls I enter. - I should be able to run multiple copies of the software at the same time.
