Auto repair directory

Hello I am looking for a good coder/designer to work with on this project that is happy to explore ideas and suggest improvements to my requirements to make it the best it can be – you must be flexible, willing to see this through until perfect. You must also be very good with implementing ajax/jquery. The directory must be search engine friendly and cross browser compatible - mandatory! SEO is a must, added bonus of +$200 depending on how well the site is built and how SEO friendly, including suggestions on improving SEO and ranking. I have many coding projects to issue and this is just one of them so should this go well then there will be much more work for other projects.
