Babble On game site

I need a script for a wordgame in an IRC chatroom based on the boardgame by Tyco Babble-On. It should have a real-time bot that provides the phrases to be guessed by players. Example: Ache ARF OWN ... answer: a car phone. The bot will acknowledge the winning chattre's nick and give scores. There should be 12-min rounds then 3 minute breaks which will show the top 5 players for that round and the top 20 for the month. Further details will be discussed upon agreement. If succesful, I will also make a site for this.
