CKEditor Plug-in (Module)

Hello, I'm looking for someone to develop a custom plug-in for CKEditor, part of the plug-in is already done I only need to update the layout of the plug-in plus add some of the new functionality. The plug-in is a media browser and uploader and need to have the following: - HTML5 drag and drop uploading (I will provide all the code for this). - Search/Filter I've attached the layout of the module so you can see what to expect.
