CSS Stylist + AJAX/Javascript/XHTML Expert needed

For one of my projects, [login to view URL], I need an excellent CSS styler, someone who has years of excellent experience in styling a web site with CSS and XHTML. Also I need some really cool AJAX/Javascript effects. One other thing is that you need to convert a PSD file to XHTML/CSS. If you are doing good work I will hire you for new projects. I only work with hourly rates and pay $8 per hour. If you are doing well I might give you a fulltime job eventually and will upgrade the hourly rate.
