Changes on Cent Auction Script

It is a cent auction script and it is already running on a server. The problems are 4: 1 - The site is divided in 2 parts, an auction part and a helpdesk part. They are really mashed up in terms of imagery and css and etc. I need to bring them together. Same image directory, same css, etc 2 - Solve the multilingual spaghetti. The multilingual is also all tangled up. We have images in english and portuguese, we have buttons, text, etc but the code beneath is really all tangled up. I need to fix all that. We need it to prepare for spanish, german, french and english. Got mashed portuguese in english files so far. 3 - There is a problem with one of the functionalities: Bid buddy (in site, because in the code it is called bid butler) which is a sort of automatic bid system that shoots when timer reaches 6 seconds. What's happening is it is bidding correctly but not for very long. Past 20 bids or so it stops adding seconds to the auction... and it terminates. 4 - This auction site has a SMS functionality we need to get it up working. You can use any SMS gateway that provides some kind of sandbox feature for use. I think the functionality is working but we would like to see it tested out.
