Convert MooTools Effect to jQuery

I have a single php web page that currently uses moo tools to be converted to use jQuery instead. The reason for the change is because the contents of this web page will be used within another page that will already have jQuery loaded so will reduce the overall file size of the external dependencies if moo tools can be completely omitted. Please note that the version of jquery that you will need to use is: [login to view URL] File size is very important so any bespoke scripting needed to faithfully replicate the existing moo tools effect(s) will need to be kept to a minimum (ideally less than 10kb excluding the [login to view URL] file above). The job will be to duplicate the following web page using just jquery instead of moo tools: [login to view URL] All files will be provided.?
